How We Respond
Our Disaster Recovery program provides case advocacy, financial and emotional support to individuals and families. Staff will meet with you regularly to provide information about assistance programs that are available, help with application processes, connect you with other resources that can aid with relocating or rebuilding efforts, and provide support as you recover emotionally.
If your family, home or business has been affected by a recent natural disaster, please contact the 24-Hour Crisis Line at (319) 351-0140 for assistance.
If you have experienced a personal disaster, such as a fire, contact the American Red Cross of South and Eastern Iowa at (319) 393-3500.
